General Guidelines:
A level 1 sight-singer needs to go over their notes 5 or more times to become comfortable and secure, whereas a level 5 sight-singer is secure after one read through.
Level 1 confidence prefers at least 2 or 3 other strong singers on their part to be comfortable, where as level 5 is comfortable being the only one on their voice part.
